Leadership development requires more than pump-up-the-troops events to facilitate mindset shift and sustain new behaviours. Our programmes are designed as 6-month journeys with touchpoints every 2 weeks by alternating group training workshops with individual coaching sessions.

In the group setting we introduce practical concepts and frameworks designed to help managers uncover their blind spots. They are then given 2 weeks to engage in real-world practice before booking a 1:1 coaching session to reflect on what they have tried, what worked best, what didn’t work so well, and how to progress and leverage their strengths.

Without practice, reflection and feedback, there is no transformation.
