1:1 coaching programmes for managers & leaders

Our 1:1 coaching journeys are ideal for middle managers who have started in a new role or for leaders who want to deepen their awareness and evolve their own toolkit. We kick-off with a 60-minute deep dive session to understand their current environment, what drives them, what their strengths are, and what areas they need to develop.

From there, we agree on 2 to 3 top goals. These goals range from inner work (clarifying purpose, working on mindset blocks, developing resilience, self-confidence, and emotional regulation) to outer work (leading change, nurturing stronger relationships, bringing teams closer together, as well as influencing and managing up).

Each session is enhanced by having access to personalised resources (tools, models, exercises) that we feel would be helpful to help them implement their chosen actions in between sessions.

Drop-in coaching sessions

1:1 drop-in coaching sessions for all

Our drop-in coaching sessions offer support to anyone, as needed. People sign up to a 30-minute or 45-minute timeslot during which we explore their priority, ranging from: dealing with a situation that is taking up a lot of their headspace, preparing for a challenging conversation or a crucial presentation, delegating an important task, brushing up on a skill, or considering options before making a decision.

We unpack a lot in just 30 or 45 minutes. We start by clarifying their thoughts. Then, we might engage in role plays, script scenarios, review frameworks, or brainstorm solutions. At the end of each session, we identify 1 or 2 actions for them to take.

Team coaching & co-development workshops

Our team coaching offer is designed for scale-up leadership teams who have only recently been formed, and whose leaders are new to the experience. First, we take stock of their challenges and priorities by interviewing each leader. We present our findings. Then, based on that data, we co-create a team coaching journey by setting 2 to 3 goals and progress targets to aim for.

Our co-development offer addresses the need for middle managers to develop their skills by exploring challenges and solutions between peers, with the help of a coach. Our workshops are structured around a 5-step process to inspire powerful group reflection, generate ideas, extract key learning points, and identify actions.
