Our coaches are at the heart of our success. For change to happen, people need to be supported and challenged. We have built a community of coaches who share a passion for empowering people to make positive changes, and improve their self-confidence and overall well-being in the process.

We are here to help your people as they navigate changes and challenges. We are all highly trained, professionally accredited coaches, with a minimum of 10 years' experience coaching young talent and managers. We all have held senior management positions.

I led two digital marketing agencies before founding Olystix. I learnt that understanding your people is what matters most, as well as helping them to figure out how to continuously improve, step by step.

My greatest strength is to help people illuminate their blind spots and make space for new ways of thinking or doing.

I was that first-time manager once. I had 2 years with no support in my role. When I first received leadership training, it took my performance to a much higher level.

My greatest strength is helping managers in all disciplines to focus on the effect they have on their teams, and the effect their teams have on the organisation's customers.

I have more than 15 years of management experience and I have been working with young talent throughout my career and with start-ups for the last 5 years.

My greatest strength is to help people succeed as they move into a new role, adapting to change, developing their leadership skills and optimising their performance.

I have led customer and operations teams as well as large business and people transformations for organisations in the Insurance, Media, Telecommunications and Tech industries.

My greatest strength is my acute sense of what makes change stick and how to create a progressive mindset and high performance within individuals, teams and organisations.

I have held senior positions in strategy, sales and marketing at Royal Mail and in the education sector.

My greatest strength is to help managers understand how they are wired and how to leverage their team's strengths and manage their vulnerabilities.

I'm head of Client Services for the French and Central European markets. I worked as Global Account Director at Saatchi & Saatchi Bucharest and Grey London for over 20 years. I bring my strategic and creative mind to find the best learning & development solutions for our clients. I also run branding & marketing consultancy workshops.

My greatest strength is to develop and motivate teams to work at their best in highly competitive and stressful situations.

CPD Certification - A sign of our quality

CPD Certified

We pride ourselves in providing quality development programmes that lead to tangible results.

We offer a range of training programmes independently assessed and approved by the CPD Standards Office. This means that these programmes have successfully undergone a rigorous, independent assessment against universal Continuous Professional Development (CPD) accreditation standards. More specifically, this ensures that we adhere to the highest standards in the way we plan, structure, deliver and monitor the results of our training programmes.

Upon completion of the CPD Accredited training programmes, participants will be awarded with the CPD Certification certificate, providing evidence of formal learning for Continuing Professional Development requirements. They'll also receive confirmation of the CPD points gained training with us, which can be submitted as part of their CPD records.
