Soft Academy has been built has a modular programme of bite-size workshops with e-coaching support.
During our 2-hour workshops young talent learn about best practices, apply them immediately through practical exercises and receive feedback. Then, 2 weeks later, we send reinforcement emails with on-the-job application suggestions, readings and reminders to use the skills. And they get access to fortnightly email coaching interactions for when they need immediate support.
For best results, we recommend choosing a minimum of 3 modules, spaced out every 4 weeks so they acquire a new skill each month. On completion, they receive a CPD certificate.
