Helping people to be confident when trying something new is at the heart of what we do. Each competency is developed via a 2-hour group training workshop combined with a 30-minute follow-up coaching session, and access to an online learning hub which includes tips and ready-to-use tools. Training powered by coaching is the best way of getting your people to learn a range of key skills quickly and be confident to apply them to everyday situations.
You can choose as few or as many competencies as needed. All our competencies can be combined or selected as standalones if you need to incorporate just one into a wider learning & development programme.
Every workshop is highly focused and contains the essentials of the competency it covers. In the space of 2 hours, we introduce new concepts, we launch discussions to allow reflection, and everyone is given the opportunity to practice easy-to-apply frameworks in interactive exercises. People leave with real insights, practical takeaways, and a personal action plan.
Then, 2 to 3 weeks after each workshop, each individual books a follow-up 30-minute coaching session to discuss insights and implementation of their action plans. We review what they have tried, what worked best, what didn't work so well, and how to progress moving forward.
